What I'd Wish I'd Known...

One of my favorite author and speakers, Dr. Gary Chapman, had a fantastic broadcast on Focus on the Family.  You can click here to listen to this program. This is part one called "Building a Strong Foundation for Your Marriage".

"There's more to marriage than loving each other" Dr. Chapman says in his book, Things I Wish I'd Known Before We Got Married.

Tell us here in the comments for a chance to win another one of Gary Chapman's books-

What is something you or your spouse wish you / them knew before you got married?  Leave your comment by June 15.

  1. I don't know that there is sometthing that I wish I would have known? Everyday is a learning experience! I think we all grow with life experiences so marriage feels those changes both good and bad. I guess I will say that I never expected to have to share as much closet space as I have to with my hubby! I thought it was a given that I would have more! Not the case, he is as much or more of a clothes horse so it is even up!

  2. I wish I had known (and I still which I knew) how to better handle conflict. We don't fight often, but I'm not sure we've mastered arguing "well." :)
