Penelope and Morty September Date

Morty and I went to Greektown Casino for the weekend. I lost money, Mort lost more money. We had a nice lunch and a few cocktails Saturday afternoon then took naps! We went out for dinner then ended the night with some rap music. Ah Detriot. A nice glass of wine with some thumping beats.

Thanks for stopping by the 2*12 Project. We all know how important it is to make time for each other in a marriage. Kids, work, and busy schedules can make it hard to get time for just the two of you. The 2*12 Project is a challenge to schedule a date with your mate, at least once a month. The monthly date can be something simple and low cost such as a walk on a nature trail or more along the lines of a fancy weekend away. This is up to each couple and what works best with their style and pocketbook! Members participating in the 2*12 Project pay dues at the beginning of the year. Each month they complete their date and blog about what they did, they earn an entry into our drawing at the end of the year. A random drawing will be held at the end of the year and the winning couple will earn a cash prize! This site will also feature great date ideas and inspiration from around the web.
